What do you look for in a website design firm?
Please don’t say that you just do it yourself…I do too and am not looking for that info.
What do you look for when you are evaluating a website design company to decide if you want to use them?
When you hire a web designer to do your job for you, you are doing more than just handing over the “dirty job” to someone else. In fact, by paying a little money, you can let the designer worry about the little annoyances that always evade the main picture and only come haunting when you’re halfway through the job. That way, you will be more focused and have more time to spend on your actual business strategy.
Look at their portfolio of sites. Ask for references from customers and then call or email the references. Ask what kind of tech support they offer- if there is a problem with your site, how long does it take them to get back to you and to fix the problem.
